A Handmade Ceramic Spoon Rest with a Robin and finished in a red / brown glaze. The shape of a Robin was impressed into the freshly wheel thrown piece and then left to dry slowly.
Do you struggle on a daily basis with life's big question? : Where do I put this dirty spoon? It's a big one, you just cleaned that stove, or countertop and if you put that dirty spoon on it you're going to have to clean it again...that's where this handy spoon rest comes to the rescue!

Quite minimalist but with a decent weight. Can also be used as a soap dish.

Due to the nature of handmade, each one is unique and one of a kind.
Wheel thrown, altered and trimmed in my cosy studio in Wiltshire, UK. Made using stoneware and (food safe) beautiful reactive glazes. Twice fired up to 1200°C Oxidation in an electric kiln. Dishwasher safe, however I recommend hand-washing to prolong its life.
